Nine months ago I made a new years resolution to get in shape and get healthy by my 25th birthday (Sept 28). With 28 days left to meet that goal I don't have much farther to go. I've been busy this summer and will be spending the month refocusing on my self through meditation, excersize, and eating.
Stats: Since Jan 1, 2008 I've...lost 12 lbs, lowered my BMI from 25 to 19, dropped 2 pants sizes, refocused my spirit, learned to love working out, finished a 5K in 30 min, learned how to cook
It is going to be a great month, and I can't wait to turn 25!
